Cebgo is a low-cost airline that offers domestic flights throughout the Philippines and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cebu Pacific. The airline offers flights to more than 30 destinations and is based at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL), Manilla from where it operates all of its flight from Terminal 4. The airline has a secondary hub at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB). Cebgo's original hub airport was at Clark International Airport (CRK). For years, it was the only airline flying from Clark Airport. However, in the early 2010s, Cebgo changed its switched to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) and no longer flies to/from Clark International Airport (CRK).
The airline was established in 1995 under the name South East Asian Airlines (SEAir) and began flying in the same year. In 2012, the Tiger Airways Group part-acquired the airline and rebranded it as Tigerair Philippines. The airline operated flights as Tigerair Philippines for just two years, until it was bought by Cebu Pacific in 2014. Cebu Pacific rebranded the airline as Cebgo in 2015, which is the name and brand that it flies under today.

Every passenger on Cebgo flights is entitled to one carry-on or cabin baggage, with a maximum weight of 7kg / 15lbs. With maximum dimensions for a carry on baggage is 56cm x 35cm x 20cm (22in x 14in x 8in) for ATR flights. Carry-on baggage should fit in the overhead lockets and user the seat in front of you!
Please don't pack any prohibited items in your cary-on baggage. Prohibited items include liquids over 100ml, flammable liquids and explosives. Any prohibited items will be removed at disposed at the airport security check.
Cebgo's checked baggage allowance differs depending on the ticket type that you purchase. Fly Only doesn't include a checked baggage allowance in the flight fare, it allows you to only fly with carry-on baggage.
Fly + Baggage allows a free checked baggage allowance of up to 20kg / 44lbs.
Fly + Baggage + Meal allows a free checked baggage allowance of up to 20kg / 44lbs.
Cebgo only has one cabin class - Economy class. However, can purchase extra e.g. more legroom.
Economy Class is the only cabin class offered on Cebgo flights. The cabin offers a comfortable and clean cabin with no-frills low-cost service. Cebgo offers 78 seats in a 2 x 2 configuration with each seat either being a window or an aisle seat. Once in-flight, food and drink are available to buy from the airline's friendly cabin crew.
There's no in-flight entertainment system onboard Cebgo flights. However, passengers can enjoy reading material from the airlines' in-flight magazine.
Currently, Cebgo doesn't offer WIFI on any of its flights.
As the airline only operates short-haul flights with short journey times, there's no meal service on Cebgo flights. However, passengers can purchase a range of food and drinks once airborne, this includes a choice of cold and hot drinks, as well as a selection of sandwiches and other light snacks.
As Cebgo is owned by airline Cebu Pacific, passengers can check-in online for their Cebgo flights via the Cebu Pacific check-in page. Online check-in closes one hour before scheduled flight departure time. For a smooth and seamless journey at the airpot, we recommend that you check-in online.
If a passenger cannot or doesn't want to check-in online, they must check-in at the airport. Airport check-in opens 2 hours before the flight departure time and closes 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time. Check-in can be completed by visiting one of the airline check-in agents at the check-in counter, however please note that airport check-in may incur in added fee's.
Cebgo's frequent flyer programme is called 'GetGo'.
Cebgo shares the same frequent flyer program as its parent airlines, Cebu Pacific. The frequent flyer program is called GetGo and allows you to earn points that you can spend on Cebgo or Cebu Pacific flights.
For every P5 spent on Cebgo or Cebu Pacific flights, passengers will earn one GetGo point. GetGo points can also be earned by shopping with any of GetGo's affiliate partners.
