After I make a reservation, how long will it be until I receive my e-ticket?

Your e-ticket will arrive as soon as possible. You will find a link to track the status of your e-ticket on your booking confirmation.


The distribution of e-tickets is overseen by our experienced Customer Service team, who are always on-hand to help and answer any questions. Our helpdesk is open 9am-9pm GMT. If you contact us out of these hours, our team will prioritise your communication when they are back in the office.

How do I contact Alternative Airlines?

All of our agents have access to a dedicated email address and telephone number on their e-tickets once confirmed. Our dedicated teams will take care of all your requests as a priority.

I can’t find an airline that I need to book?

We are always reviewing our content and the airlines we offer however if you cannot find a particular airline or route you want to book, please send us an email -agencysales@alternativeairlines.com. Our product team will review your request and we will let you know if we are able to offer it to you.

There is no option to add baggage or book seats?

There are some airlines that might not show baggage or seats on our site. If you need to book them our dedicated team will help add or direct you to confirming your request.
