“Great customer service!”
I made an initial booking for a trip in Australia with separate legs booked with JetStar and Qantas. Unfortunately, the booking became unavailable shortly after processing the transaction due to a regional locking of certain fares.
Thankfully, the customer service team (Andy in particular!) were quick to explain the situation and reverse the transaction for me.
Overall the experience was positive and I will certainly try to make use of the service in the future!

Best airline service I've ever tried (I tried 10s different). 1.Responsive and flexible to my needs when I changed my flight date a few times. Patient on poor cellular connection, very helpful. 2. Offer flight connections unavailable on other services. 3. Broad choice of payment methods, including PayPal. 4. Good prices. 5. Service guys speak nice British English ;-) Hope Alternative Airlines will keep same quality level in the future.

Honestly, I rarely leave reviews online for many different reasons but the amazing service that I received from this website compelled me to leave a fantastic review so that others who are looking to use their service can make up their mind.
I stumbled upon this website when I was looking for a website that accepted Discover card as a mode of service and had never heard of this site before. While booking the ticket I did not realize that this is a UK based website which does not have a US customer support number but nonetheless it was not an issue since I got prompt response to my email queries.
The website itself is very clean and easy to navigate through. The flight price might not necessarily be the cheapest but is definitely a good experience to use the website and there are no hidden costs.
Would highly recommend trying this out and not go for other unreliable websites that may save you a few dollars but would leave a bad taste in the mouth if you need to use their customer service/p>

Hard to find a site allowing to book a good flight from Bamako to Ouagadougou. I got a direct flight (1h20 travel time) instead of 24h. All this at a reasonable price. The process is quick and easy easy, so is the payment. Ilkie the fact that we can use Paypal.

I ordered a ticket online in panic mode and then (albeit on the same day and after Normal working hrs so no actual ticketing had yet occurred) found out I acted hastily and was already confirmed on a flight operated by another airline. Alternative Airlines graciously refunded/ canceled my transaction even though they had the right to stick it to me. kudos to their decision.
