Safarilink Aviation is a regional airline of Kenya and its hub airport is located at Wilson Airport in Nairobi, Kenya. The airline now provides daily scheduled services to over 15 destinations and during the busiest periods of the year carries over 14,000 passengers per month. Kenya's premier safari airline has a network of connecting domestic scheduled services to all the best safari destinations within Kenya and across the border into northern Tanzania. Safarilink is a member of the Kenya Association of Air Operators. The airline will now commence services from Nairobi to Zanzibar and currently employs 100 staff of whom 26 are pilots. The airline, which predominantly flies tourist destination routes, announced flights will originate from Wilson Airport on a Beech 1900 aircraft which carries a maximum of 19 passengers.

Passengers onboard Safarilink flights have a total baggage allowance of 15kg. This includes hand baggage and personal items (cameras and laptops). Baggage should not exceed 90 x 65 x 35cm.
Passengers flying to Zanzibar, Kisumu, Kitale, Diani, Viking and Lodwar have a baggage allowance of 20kg.
Any checked baggage should be in soft bags.
Safarilink doesn't currently offer WiFi on its flights. However, Safarilink does offer Free WiFi in the departure lounge at the airport.
Safarilink lets passengers check-in online prior to their flight for a quick and easy airport journey.
Safarilink lets you check in online from 18 hours to 2 hours prior to your flight departure time. Once you've checked in for your Safarilink flight, ensure to print out your boarding pass or save it onto your phone wallet.
For flights departing Nairobi (Wilson), check-in at the airport must be done at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
For flights departing Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar, check-in at the airport must be done at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
For flights departing Lamu and Diani, check-in at the airport must be done at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
For flights departing from other airports, check-in at the airport must be done at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Safarilink's frequent flyer programme is called 'Safari Bonus'.
Safarilink operates a frequent flyer program called Safari Bonus to reward its regular passengers. Customers can earn points on every Safarilink scheduled flight they travel on. You can redeem your points to any of the destinations that Safarilink flies to in Kenya and Tanzania such as Masai Mara‚ Amboseli‚ Nanyuki‚ Samburu. Please note that points earned on Safarilink flights are not transferable.
