Carry-on Baggage
Yeti Airlines passengers have a carry-on cabin bag allowance of 5kg maximum weight.
Checked Baggage
Lukla and Jomsom flights have a maximum check-in baggage weight of 10kg
All other routes have a maximum check-in luggage weight of 15kg.
If baggage exceeds the weight allowances, it will be charged at an excess baggage rate.

Online check-in is currently unavailable on Yeti Airlines flights. To check-in, passengers must visit their airport of departure with the relevant flight details.
Airport Check-In
Airport check-in is available on all Yeti Airlines flights and the only way to check-in. Airport check-in deadline times will differ depending on which airport the passenger is departing from. It's important to keep informed of airport check-in times, as Yeti Airlines have the right to deny boarding for any passenger that is late. Airport check-in can be completed by presenting the relevant travel documents to a Yeti Airlines check-in agent at the airport's check-in desk.

Yeti Airlines to expand its fleet
Yeti Airlines is planning to add two ATR72 aircraft to its fleet by the end of this month, as part of a larger plan to expand its fleet by 44% by the end of 2019. Yeti Airlines currently operates nine aircraft in total — six Jetstream 41s and three ATR72-500s. The airline plans to add a total of four more ATR72s by the end of 2019, which would bring its fleet up to a total of 13. Yeti Airlines Media Manager revealed that all ATR 72s will be used to operate flights from out of Kathmandu, while the Jetstream aircraft will be used for flights outside of Kathmandu.
