About Wings of Lebanon
Wings of Lebanon is a privately held Lebanese airline, owned by the Nakhal group. In July 2016, the Nakhal group expanded its business model from pure charter operations to include largely seasonal scheduled international passenger services from its main base at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport. The carrier has historically operated one Boeing 737-300, but has expanded its operations using a variety of wet-leased Boeing 737 aircraft as well as Airbus 319 and 321. There are now 4 aircraft in the Wings of Lebanon fleet.

Carry-on Baggage
You can carry one item of hand baggage up to 7 KG on board with you for free. In addition, you can carry one laptop bag or one small ladies handbag/ gentlemen’s satchel (not exceeding 25 cm× 33 cm × 20 cm) or one duty free shopping bag. Your total carry-on allowance must not exceed 10 kg. Each item of hand baggage has to be smaller than 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm so you can store it in the overhead locker or under your seat. If your hand baggage is too big or too heavy to carry on board, you can check it in at the check-in desk subject to your checked baggage allowance and applicable excess baggage rates.

Wings of Lebanon Hub Airport
Beirut - Rafic Hariri International Airport
Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport is located 9 kilometres (5.6 mi) from the city centre in the southern suburbs of Beirut, Lebanon. It is the only operational commercial airport in the country. It is the hub for Lebanon's national carrier, Middle East Airlines (more commonly known as MEA). It is also the hub for the Lebanese cargo carrier, as well as Wings of Lebanon.
It is the main point of entry into the country along with the the coastal port of Beirut. The airport is managed and operated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The DGCA is also responsible for operating air traffic control (ATC) at the airport as well as controlling Lebanon's airspace. Maintenance and general upkeep duties ranging from cleaning the terminal to de-rubberising the runways are the responsibility of Middle East Airports Services (MEAS), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the national carrier, Middle East Airlines.

Wings of Lebanon want European ban to be lifted
In 2015, Wings of Lebanon was blacklisted by the European Commision, preventing the airline from flying within the European airspace. Following a revision of the blacklist on 14th June 2018, Wings of Lebanon remains as one of the airlines that are banned from Europe and Wings of Lebanon don't know why.
Speaking on the matter, Director General of Wings of Lebanon, Miran Farid, stated that he believes there's no reason why Wings of Lebanon should remain on the blacklist, the airline has invited the European Commission to do an inspection of the airline, but apparently they've declined. Farid added that although Wings of Lebanon were not taken off the blacklist in the recent revision, the airline is in talks to get a thorough inspection in November this year and remain confident that they'll be allowed to fly within Europe in 2019.

Wings of Lebanon enters Swedish market
Wings of Lebanon commenced a weekly operation (Wednesdays) on the 3,173-kilometre connections between Beirut(BEY) and Gothenburg (GOT) on 21 June. The seasonal service, which will be operated until mid-August and flown by the carrier’s A320 fleet, faces no direct competition. Germania offers the only other connection from Sweden to the Lebanese capital, flying twice-weekly from Stockholm Arlanda.

Wings of Lebanon enters Georgian Market
Foreign Airline Company - Wings of Lebanon has entered Georgian Market. The information was launched by Georgia’s Ministry of Economy. Wings of Lebanon will carry out multiple charter air flights in several directions. Beirut-Tbilisi-Beirut flights between June 27 and September 8. Flights will be performed two times a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The ministry reports that flights Beirut-Batumi-Tbilisi-Beirut will be carried out once a week, on Sundays from June 25 to September 3. As for the flights Beirut-Batumi-Beirut, they will be performed every Wednesday form June 28 to September 6. The flights will be carried out by Boeing B737 type aircraft. The Civil Aviation Agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia granted Lebanese Airlines a flight permit on new directions on May 19.
