About Sky Express Greece
Sky Express is a Greek airline chartering domestic services between Crete, Athens and other Greek destinations.
From it's base at Heraklion Airport in Crete and Athens International Airport, the airline flies to many domestic cities and islands including, Alexandoupolis, Astypalaia, Athens, Cephalonia, Chios, Corfu, Heraklion, Ikaria, Karpathos, Kefalonia, Kos, Kasos, Kythira, Limnos, Leros, Mytilini, Milos, Naxos, Paros, Preveza, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Skiathos, Sitia, Skyros, Thessaloniki, Volos, Zakynthos.
Sky Express' fleet comprises of ATR42 & ATR72 and JS41 aircrafts.
The ATR42 & ATT72 aircrafts have capacity of 48 & 70 seats and the crew is consisted of two cockpit crew members and one (or two in ATR72) cabin crew member. They are spacious aircraft with two double lines of leather seats for comfort and style.

Sky Express Greece Baggage Allowances
Sky Express baggage allowance is dependant on the fares chosen by the passenger. Fares include one checked in piece of baggage, and one piece of hand luggage.
Carry-on Baggage
All fares include one piece of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 6kg and maximum dimensions of 45cm x 35cm x 20cm.
Checked Baggage
All In fares include one checked in bag up to a maximum weight of 25kg
Plus fares include one checked in bag up to a maximum weight of 15kg
Just Fly fares include one checked in bag up to a maximum weight of 13kg
Children have the same baggage allowance as adults, except for infants, who will not have a baggage allowance, but are allowed a special seat carriage, which is usually charged by the airline.

Sky Express will link Athens and Chania in November 2018
Greek airline, Sky Express, has recently revealed that it will launch a new service between Athens and Chania that will launch in November of this year. Sky Express will fly the new direct route three times a week from 1st November 2018.
Speaking on the new service, Sky Express CEO, Haris Botsaris said that Sky Express continue to grow their network and fleet, which is resulting in positive passengers traffic. He added that SkyExpress has the largest domestic network, flying to over 30 different airports throughout Greece
Tickets for the route between Athens and Chania are available to book now.
Sky Express adds four new routes
Sky Express announced it was increasing its network by adding four new routes. Sky Express will launch a route Athens - Alexandroupolis, Athens - Kefalonia, Athens-Mytilini and Athens-Samos.
Sky Express has received two new privately owned ATR72-500 aircrafts, of 70 seats. In the next few days, an additional ATR42-500 aircraft will be included in the Sky Express fleet.
Sky Express receive awards from Athens Airport
Sky Express was applauded for the third consecutive year in a row by Athens International Airport as the Fastest Growing Airline and received 2 new awards. Sky Express was awarded having one of the most successful growth paths over the past year, winning two awards for "Best of Top 10 Performance” and "Fastest Growing Airline Domestic." . The CEO reportedly said, "So far, 2018, has been a positive year for the company. Sky Express will operate with 12 planes with a 70% increase of total company flights, compared to last year. Our goal is to become the No. 1 choice for passengers, who are expected to reach 1 million in 2018."
Athens - Heraklion Daily flights
Sky Express have announced its that there will now be flights every day between Athens and Heraklion to combat high demand. All baggage will still be included on these flights, as well as access to the Sky Express VIP Lounge.
Athens Corfu & Athens Kos. Daily flights
Sky Express have announced its winter timetable and have increased the flight frequencies as well as the destinations that are served. All fares include one baggage and one hand bagagge as well as free access to the Lounges of Sky Express in Athens and Thessaloniki.
From 1st November, Sky Express adds routes from and to Athens to Kos and Corfu. Sky Express increases the frequency of the schedules to / from Athens and Heraklion to three daily flights from Monday to Friday and two daily flights on Saturday and Sunday.
Increased schedules apply in the routes from and to Athens and Zakynthos, Paros, Ikaria, and Skiathos.
