About Chongqing Airlines
Chongqing Airlines is a domestic airline based in Chongqing, China. Launched in 2007, 60% of Chongqing Airlines is owned by China Southern Airlines (CZ) and is based at Chongqing Jiangbel International Airport (CKG) and flies to nearly 30 destinations throughout China. These include Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG), Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG).
The fleet includes 11 Airbus A320-200 and Airbus A320-300 and offers Business and Economy Class and 3-class including Premium Class.

Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport
Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (Chinese: 重庆江北国际机场) is located in the Yubei District of Chongqing, People's Republic of China. The airport is located 19 kilometres (12 mi) north of the city centre of Chongqing, the airport is a major aviation hub for airlines in western China.
The airport has two terminals: Terminal 1 serving international flights, and Terminal 2 with halls serving domestic flights. Annually, the domestic terminal handles up to 30 million passengers and the international terminal is able to handle more than 1 million passengers annually.
In 2014, the airport was the ninth busiest airport by traffic movements and twelfth busiest airport by cargo traffic in China. Other airlines that fly to the airport include AirAsia.

Chongqing Airlines Check-In Information
Online Check-In
Passengers can check-in for their Chongqing Airlines flight by visiting the Chongqing Airlines online check-in page. From here, web check-in can be completed by entering the ticket number, passport number or ID card number and the passenger name associated with the Chongqing Airlines booking. Online check-in is available from 2pm the day before the flight up until one hour before the scheduled departure time on all Chongqing Airlines flights.
Airport Check-In
Airport check-in is available on all Chongqing Airlines flights by visiting the Chongqing Airlines check-in desks at the departure airport. At selected airports, Chongqing Airlines airport check-in is available through self-service kiosks.
On most Chongqing Airlines flights, airport check-in closes 30 minutes before flight departure time. However, at some airports, airport check-in closes 45 minutes before flight departure time. We recommend passengers arrive at the airport at least one hour before their Chongqing Airlines flight to give sufficent time to check-in, pass security, drop baggage and board their flight.

Chongqing Airlines launched its first international service, Chongqing - Bangkok Suvarnabhumi 3 x Weekly using its A320s.
The 1,881-kilometre route is already served by Thai Airways with a daily A320 service while indirect competition comes from Thai AirAsia who operates a double-daily service between Chongqing and Bangkok Don Mueang. According to ch-aviation, the airline operates a fleet of 12 narrow-body Airbus aircraft, four A319s and eight A320s.
The carrier operates a raft of domestic routes from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport which last year handled 32.4 million passengers, making it China’s ninth busiest airport.
